Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about lessons, bookings, payments, and how everything works in Niseko.

Booking & Payments

How does the booking process work?

You first contact us directly with your preferred dates, lesson type, and any specific requests. We respond personally, discuss all details with you, and make sure the lesson setup matches your level, goals, and expectations.

Once everything is confirmed, we handle the booking on your behalf through the affiliated ski school we work with. You will then receive an official booking confirmation and a secure payment link directly from the school’s booking platform.

Do you take payments directly?

No. We do not accept payments directly. All payments are processed legally through the affiliated ski schools we work with, using their official booking and payment systems, in full compliance with local regulations and resort policies.

Can I request specific dates or instructors?

Yes. When you contact us, you can request preferred dates, disciplines, lesson focus, and instructor preferences. We coordinate these requests directly and confirm availability before finalizing the booking through the affiliated school.

Meeting Points

To keep lesson logistics clear and efficient, we operate from a limited number of designated meeting points. Meeting point details are confirmed during the booking process and included in your official booking confirmation.

Niseko Grand Hirafu

Lessons in Grand Hirafu meet at predefined base-area locations or directly at the resort base, depending on lesson type and daily conditions. Exact meeting point details are confirmed with you in advance during the booking process.

Niseko Annupuri

Annupuri lessons meet directly in front of the Nook restaurant at the base area. If conditions or lesson logistics require a different nearby spot, exact meeting point details are confirmed in advance during the booking process
